Hi colleagues, I have a request for information regarding 88B instruments on subdivision of land to be serviced by low pressure sewer units. Does anyone have some wording, either for council ownership or making the land owner responsible? Brendan, Here is our standard requrements which go into our Notice of Requirements A Restriction As To User shall be placed on the 88B Instrument for all buildings on proposed lot to be served by a pressure sewer pumping system. “No structure shall be permitted to be constructed & occupied unless it is connected to a Shoalhaven City Council owned pressure sewer unit.”

Hi there, We don't have anything published at the moment , its in progress. But, I would like to refer to Hunter Water's Pressure Sewer Guideline (https://www.hunterwater.com.au/documents/assets/src/uploads/documents/Building-and-development3/Pressure-Sewer-Documents/Hunter-Water-Pressure-Sewer-Systems-Planning-and-Design-Guideline.pdf), clause 4.2 Ownership responsibility and 4.4 Public Positive Covenant. We have relied heavily on Hunter Water and Sydney Water's published guidelines to work on our own so I think those would be the best resources.
