Regional Water Action Plan: Securing Our Water Supply

Local Government NSW and the Water Directorate launched the Regional Water Action Plan: Securing Our Water Supply at the LGNSW Water Management Conference in Ballina.

The Action Plan sets out six priorities, including long-term infrastructure funding, stronger drinking water quality, reduced regulatory burdens, sustainable funding arrangements, and investment in collaboration and workforce development.

The Water Directorate will continue to work closely with LGNSW and our members to translate this advocacy into outcomes for regional communities.

Member access

Membership of the Water Directorate is open to all councils and county councils providing water supply and/or sewerage services to local government areas in NSW and trusted Associate partners.
