Customer Service Plans Guidelines - 2017

This document is a template for local water utilities to generate their own customer service plan. It was originally developed by Shoalhaven Water. DPI Water requires councils and LWUs to publish a customer service plan.
The purpose of a customer service plan is to articulate the LWU’s responsibilities for providing water and sewerage, and the minimum levels of service customers can expect.
