These Guidelines are designed to provide a consistent framework for determining water and sewerage equivalent tenements (ET) figures. The calculation of developer contributions for individual developments is the responsibility of the local water utility. They are to be used for input into the process of proportioning developer charges to ensure full and equitable cost recovery between different land use categories.
