The Guidelines primarily comprise a Template to assist LWUs/Councils in developing their own Dam Safety Management System (DSMS) and a Sample DSMS Manual which is based on information provided by Dam Safety NSW. These Guidelines has been prepared in consultation with Dams Safety NSW and the NSW Department of Planning Industry and Environment.
