Wondering how other LWUs require properties to install containment backflow prevention devices when they have ignored correspondence requesting instalation? (The Plumbing and Drainage Act appears to only provide for directions to be issued to "responsible persons" and that Act defines responsible perosns as a licenced plumber.)

Hi Clarence Valley Council
Rous had a very similar issue of compliance. Whilst Rous has a novel approach now, I can share what Rous did to obtain compliance with our boundary containment policy.
Please feel free to contact me directly to discuss. (Greg has my contact details)
