The Water Directorate's Annual General Meeting will be held next Thursday on 8 November 2007.
All member councils of the Water Directorate are invited to send a representative to the meeting. General Managers are eligible to vote at the meeting or to nominate a proxy. The proxy form is attached to the Notice of AGM below.
The Notice of the AGM was mailed to all member councils in October along with a copy of the Annual Review 06/07. A copy of the audited financial statements will be available with the minutes of the website after the meeting.
