The Water Directorate and AWA are proud to sponsor the 2009 Conference Attendance Award. The aim of this award is to promote water professionals with less than 7 years work experience in the NSW local government water and sewer industry.
The Water Directorate believes that by attending a national water conference the young professional is provided with the best opportunity to network and increase their awareness of the diversity of the water industry in Australia. This time the winner will attend OzWater 2009 held at the Melbourne Exhibition and Convention Centre from 16-18 March 2009.
The recipient of this award will receive one full registration to OzWater 2009 valued at approximately $1600 as well as travel and accommodation expenses to the same amount. Jointly sponsored by the AWA and Water Directorate, nominations are open to all young water industry professionals working with one of our member councils.
