The Cutting, Handling and
Disposal of AC Pipe Guidelines are now available.
The Water Directorate is very pleased to have developed
the Cutting, Handling and Disposal of AC Pipe Guidelines
on behalf
of our member councils.
The document was developed as one of the high priority
actions of the Water Directorate's Executive Committee.
It is a best
practice collation of some fifteen documents from councils
across NSW, with input from research and other relevant
Authorities.
The Water Directorate strongly urges councils to develop
and implement practices to address risks associated with
cutting, handling and disposal of AC pipes to comply with
NSW legislative requirements.
