For the fourth year, the Executive
Committee is offering a Conference Attendance Award to a worthy
engineer with up to 5 years experience from one of our
member councils. This year, the national conference is Ozwater
2007. The Water Directorate believes that by attending a national
conference such as Ozwater 2007, water industry engineers
are provided with the best opportunity to network and increase
their awareness of the diversity of the water industry in
Australia.
The
recipient of this award will receive one full registration
to Ozwater 2007
valued at approximately $1600 as well as travel and accommodation
expenses to the same amount. Jointly sponsored by the
AWA and Water Directorate, nominations are open to all young
water industry professionals working with one of our member
councils.
