The Water Directorate's third Annual
General Meeting will be held on Thursday
17 November 2005. A copy
of the 2004/05 Annual Review and an AGM Notice was
posted to all General Managers and water engineering contacts
at member councils today.
General
Managers and staff of member councils are invited to join
us for the AGM to be held from 9.30am to 10.30am in
the Port Jackson Room, Level 2, Sydney Water Building, Bathurst
St, Sydney. The regular Executive Committee bi-monthly meeting
will be held directly after the AGM in the same location.
All attendees are welcome to stay for this meeting.
A
copy of the AGM notice and proxy form is available below.
The proxy form must by signed by the General Manager and is
required by all attendees who intend to vote during the meeting.
A copy of the AGM agenda will be available on Thursday 3 November
2005.
