Over the past two years, the Executive Committee has discussed the need to prepare a checklist and protocols for effluent supply agreements including specifications for the use of effluent for dust suppression.
Three of our Executive Committee members have agreed to publish a copy of their Effluent Supply Agreements on this website to generate debate amongst member councils. These documents are excellent examples of the agreements that councils have in place to supply reclaimed water. Copies of agreements from Coffs Harbour City Council, Shoalhaven City Council and Albury Water are available below.
