The
Water Directorate is very excited to announce that the joint
submission by the LGSA and the Water Directorate to the NWC
titled Water Loss Management Program for NSW local government
water utilities has been completed. The application was submitted
in the first round of nominations that closed on 30 June under
the AGWF's Water Smart Australia Program.
The
submitted 4 year Water Loss Management Program proposes to
address water loss in the 'leakiest' water infrastructures
in up to one third of NSW local government water utilities.
This program will provide the opportunity to deliver major
cost effective benefits to the NSW local government water
industry.
